Position Summary 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Level II Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to deliver and implement business solutions for mission-critical projects. You may also lead small teams or project efforts, depending on assignment scope. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in systems modernization, ERP implementations, audit readiness, and risk frameworks for Federal or State Government agencies or large enterprise environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Apply business systems analysis techniques to assess and improve client systems and processes. 
  • Support systems consolidation, modernization, migration, and ERP implementation projects. 
  • Assist with IT audit readiness efforts, IT audit reviews, and system control documentation. 
  • Support the implementation and sustainment of FISCAM and Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements. 
  • Analyze and document requirements, processes, and workflows, and translate business needs into functional specifications. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to ensure successful delivery of solutions. 
  • Lead or mentor junior analysts and contribute to team deliverables as a technical subject matter expert. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive, relevant experience in business systems analysis. 
  • Experience supporting at least one of the following: 
  • Systems consolidation or migration 
  • ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle Federal Financials, or equivalent) 
  • IT system audit readiness or reviews 
  • FISCAM or RMF implementation and sustainment 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and client-facing environments. 
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. 

Education Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field from an accredited institution. 
  • Substitution: An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the minimum education requirement. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working with Federal or State Government agencies or large-scale enterprises (1,000+ employees). 
  • Familiarity with federal financial systems, policies, and compliance requirements. 
  • Knowledge of federal IT security, risk, and compliance frameworks.
